João Oliveira
Founding Managing Partner
João Oliveira advises founders, chief executives, shareholders and boards on growing the business, leading it and deciding well when the stakes are material. He spent twenty-five years running companies before advising them — as Managing Director of an LSE-listed group, COO of a global technology company, Managing Director of payments and fintech businesses across France, Portugal, Spain and South America, and Senior Advisor to European private equity.
That experience covers P&L ownership, capital allocation, M&A, governance under pressure and shareholder conflict. Engagements are limited in number and conducted personally.
